Debi Zeinert has been a calligrapher as long as she can remember. Her first real calligraphy jobs came before her second daughter Heidi was born, and she is now 21. Debi lives with her husband, Bob and her sassy little sheltie, Ellie. Her daughter Heather graduated from Marquette University with a double major in Public Relations and English and lives in Chicago. In spring she married Justin. Heidi goes to the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee and is studying Graphic Design. Both girls are very smart, very beautiful and very artistic (can you tell this is being written by their mother?). Debi worked for a major retailer for almost 20 years, doing calligraphy nights and weekends. She left her job as a computer trainer in the spring of 2001 to start The Blooming Quill and has been happily working out of her home studio ever since. She is a member of IAMPETH, The Association for the Calligraphic Arts, Cream City Calligraphers and The Society of Scribes. She is the oldest of 7 kids and has 12 nieces and nephews. Family parties are fun!
