Coverstone Cards is dedicated to offering beautiful nature photographs on high quality cardstock at affordable prices. The photographs featured on the cards are found only through Coverstone Cards. Coverstone Cards wants to share the joy and beauty of nature on each card it creates. Each photograph is hand mounted. The card is numbered and titled on the back for those desiring a quick reference for re-ordering. All shipments are carefully hand packed and sent U.S. Priority Mail for 2 to 3 day delivery. All photographs have been taken by Amelia Coverstone. The photograph you receive in each card has been reprinted from the original negative by a professional photo lab. The photos have not be cropped, digitally altered or enhanced in any way. What you see in the photo is what the photographer saw through the lens. In 1999 the idea for a small business was born from Amelias love of nature photography and the desire to share with others the fleeting images of miraculous beauty found in nature. Most photos have been shot with a Pentax 100mm macro lens and at times with extension tubes. The butterfly photos are taken in natural light without the use of a tripod. Fuji 100 and 200 film is used.
