SP-P Publishing in Stationery Business Directory

 

SP-P is a new publishing house, specializing in historical and numismatical literature from Bulgarian authors. We have realized that there is an enormous amount of scientific work in this area to be published. Although there are institutions dealing with numismatic researches and publishing, the quantity of such type of literature targeting the foreign English speaking audience, is quite insufficient. SP-P Publishing house was reated with the goal to publish and popularize what is most valuable in todays Bulgaria - its history and culture through the centuries. Soon after it was initially founded, SP-P Publ. started a book series about ancient coins and collections - Coin Collections and Coin Hoards from Bulgaria. Having close collaboration with the authors, we managed to publish 3 books of these series and our plans are to keep going because there is so much to be shown and so much to be studied. Starting with forgeries was prompted by the increasing volume of fakes distributing all around the planet and appearing in museums and personal collections. Authors have already met lots of difficulties when trying to reveal the truth and our desire is to support their work hoping that this topic will draw attention.
