It was in 1983 that John Ramsay introduced the First Edition of British Diecast Model Toys Catalogue. Every other year since then, an updated and enhanced edition has been produced, establishing the title as the bible for serious collectors and those in the diecast model trade. It is now available in Edition Eleven direct from the publishers, Swapmeet Publications. British Model Trains Catalogue was introduced in 1996 to extend the provision of essential collecting information for the model railway enthusiast and is now available in Edition Four. To make sure that collectors are truly up to date with market prices and trends, Model Price Review has been dovetailed into the publishing schedule between British Diecast editions. The 2006 Edition is currently in the course of preparation.
