Creative Solutions was created to allow us to share OUR favorites with you. We came together in 2006 in an effort to provide solutions for every day household challenges and chores. The premise this site was built on is best summed up by an excerpt from Southern Cooking by John Egerton: No Southern state except Louisiana has a more vibrant and ongoing food history than the Bluegrass state; its cookbooks, famous cooks, distinctive dishes and culinary lore combine to make a rich heritage that Kentuckians proudly claim as their own. Some of our favorite memories of growing up were being in the kitchen with family and friends preparing for the holidays and mother making goodies for everyone she knew, but it was a chore to keep us from eating them before they were delivered to the intended person. Maybe thats why it took days and days of cooking to get everything done?
