Date Established, Hooked on History was established in November of 1988, Catalogs and Book Shows, We participate in and sell books at Civil War Shows and at Antiquarian Book Shows. We publish 6 catalogs a year. Days and Hours of Operation, We are located in Mt. Prospect, IL, a northwest suburb of Chicago, and just a 15 minute drive from OHare Airport. We maintain hours on Wednesdays 10:00 am - 6:00 pm and on Saturdays 10:00 am - 5:00 pm. All other days by appointment. Hours can vary due to attending shows and playing golf. Please call to confirm we are open.
