Susie and Heidi Bauer were born in the metaphoric bubble of the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles, in the late 1960’s. As children of European immigrants, they grew up celebrating pop culture and massproduced objects of the era as a visual personification of the American dream. This became the inspiration for their designs.Today Rock Scissor Paper has a full line of stationery with more than 500 products including greeting cards, thank you cards, blank note cards, invitations, gift tags, enclosure cards, journals, and an extensive holiday card line. Rock Scissor Paper designs have also been licensed for paper plates and napkins by Paper Products Design, Inc. and for Fotos2go, photo albums by MjZoom.The Bauer sisters design, manufacture, package and ship all of Rock Scissor Paper’s products from their Los Angeles area warehouse to store locations all over the United States, as well Canada, Japan, and Europe.
