The Thanks Company is a small business located in Cherryville, North Carolina, about 40 miles west of Charlotte. Thanks started about 10 years ago when a friend who was the director of the local Abuse Prevention Council couldnt find appropriate thankyou cards for her volunteers. We decided that there might be other agencies with the same problem, and perhaps there was a need we could fill.We created two thankyou cards, and mailed them along with an order form to several thousand hospitals and nonprofits across the country. The response was strong enough to convince us to continue a project that both of us already loved. As our customers told us what they needed and wanted, we created more cards, added recognition gifts and customengraved awards.Many of our customers have been with us for years, and they are the nicest people on earth to deal with. Their ideas and suggestions have created our products, their kind words about us have helped us grow. We are honored to be able to help in a small way with the work that they do.
